SCORER S10A/B inkjet system adopt Japanese industrial-grade piezoelectric industrial print head, the width of a single print head reaches 108MM. The widest can be extended to 8 print heads. Based on different resolutions, the speed can reach up to 220 min/m. The whole system consists of 4 independent modules, namely the electrical control module, the nozzle, the ink supply module, the rack assembly and the computer module. The modular design facilitates quick installation and ease of use. Users only need a short training to get started. This product is especially suitable for multi-imposition small QR codes or single extra-large wide-format graphic content. Such as one item one code anti-counterfeiting label. Printing Head

We are using industrial-grade piezoelectric print heads is a high-precision product of microelectronics technology. The S10 inkjet printing system adopts KYOCERA (Kyocera) nozzle with a width of 108MM, all-steel nozzles, and has a long service life. There are a total of 2656 single nozzles composed of single-channel and dual-channel models. The unique fluid design of the ink chamber can support the inner circulation of the ink and ensure more fluidity of the ink. Clogging and ink breakage do not occur. Ink

The S10 inkjet system is suitable for UV and water-based inks. UV inks are high quality UV inks with fast drying, rub resistance and scratch resistance. UV ink does not contain volatile organic compound substances, does not need to add solvent, maintains a stable temperature during use, makes the ink road smooth and does not block, reduces waste and improves production efficiency.
